Returns & Exchanges

For all purchases made online at our website, conditional refunds or exchanges may be accepted if requested to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please be informed that for any refund or exchange, the items must be returned unopened in the original packaging. We hold the right to refuse any refund or exchange upon inspection if we find the items to be ineligible for refund, washed or used. All shipping charges are to be incurred by the customer for any refund or exchange. For refunds, full shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from the refund amount and that you may be charged a restocking fee depending on the situation of the return request.

If you purchased multiple pads, please try out only one of the pads to test out if it works for you. Or, you can order our sample before deciding to purchase a whole set.

If you purchase the item from another store or online retailer other than hannahpad's official website, you must deal directly with the seller for any refund or exchange issue. Please be advised that their policy will override our own return/exchange policy. 

As our pads are all handmade, there may be some defects at times, such as a broken snap or a loose string. In this case, our warranty is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of store purchase or receipt of the item from an online purchase. For online purchase, all shipping costs will be incurred by the company once it is established that the item is defective due to materials and/or workmanship. Please contact as us as soon as you find the defect. We will do everything we can to make it right for you! :)

 

If you would like to request for a refund or exchange, or have a warranty issue, please email us at : care@hannahpad.ca. For refund or exchange, we will send you a Refund/Exchange Request Form to fill out and send back to us. Important: You will need to receive the office's Return Authorization Code before sending us your return/exchange product.
